SMALL GROUP TEMPERAMENT
LIFE COACHING
Our Small Group Temperament Coaching program is designed to prepare the candidate for leading small groups. This training provides a great foundation of biblical principles and approaches to becoming more effective as a leader.
This entire study is based on the Arno Profile System and the many different applications of this tool from marriage coaching, family coaching, staff coaching, ministry teams, and beyond.
Creation Therapy & Practicum is the Prerequisite for this training program.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
PREREQUISITE
Prior to enrolling in this program, you will need to complete Creation Therapy and it's Pracitcum.
Small-Group Temperament Life Coaching
This course provides an overview of Life Coaching, how the APS is a foundation for working with clients, and how to effectively lead small groups.
Practicum
The Practicum provides the student with experiential learning opportunities which include live video conference sessions with a mentor.
Each student works with 10 clients under supervision in a series of small group coaching sessions
